Product features

One workspace for you. One link for clients.

Milestones, files, Template Studio, and live chat—each maps to a real screen in your dashboard. This page is the map: what it does, and how it shows up in the product.

Stages, files & public view

Milestones, deliverables, tasks, and a client-safe URL

Each board is an ordered pipeline: milestones with statuses, downloadable deliverables, and optional internal task lists. You choose how progress is summarized on the public page. Clients open one stable link (/view/[slug]) that matches what you see in the editor.

  • Share the same URL with stakeholders; optional board password gate before the page loads
  • Client comments on milestones are available on paid plans; deliverable downloads use signed access

Timeline & client requests

Project dates, stage targets, and structured asks

Turn on the timeline for a board to show what is due across the whole project or per stage. Separately, client requests let visitors submit asks with file uploads (stored in your workspace quota). Everything rolls up to the Files area so you are not hunting attachments in email.

Template Studio

Layout presets, AI design chat, preview, and config you control

Open any board in Template Studio: pick from the template library (free layouts for everyone; premium marketplace presets require a paid plan — Pro or higher), tune colors, fonts, hero imagery, and copy, and preview on device frames. A built-in AI chat suggests layout and content tweaks. When you need full control, switch to the code tab to edit template_config JSON and optional custom CSS.

Link boards to real clients — keep context in one place

Maintain a Clients list in the dashboard and attach a client_id to each board. That connection shows up in Template Studio and keeps project naming consistent when you ship the public page.

  • Files view lists client request uploads alongside your board context

Live chat

Can we move the sign-off milestone to Friday?
Done—updated on the board and timeline.
Live chat

Optional real-time chat on the public board

Enable live chat per board so clients can message in context next to the project. Your team uses the Live chats inbox in the dashboard, with unread counts on the sidebar so nothing sits unanswered.

Branding & plans

Accent color, watermark, logo — consistent everywhere

Your workspace brand color flows through board previews and client-facing templates. Paid plans remove the default watermark and unlock client milestone comments. You can upload a custom workspace logo (with fit and position controls) for boards and client emails. Upgrade, compare tiers, and manage your subscription from Plan & billing. Board limits and attachment quotas reflect what each tier includes (including unlimited boards on Pro+ and Agency+).

Dashboard overview

Storage, shortcuts, and where to click next

Overview summarizes active and archived boards, linked clients, and attachment storage (deliverables plus client request uploads). Cards link straight into Design, editor settings, or the public view. Design and Help entry points match the gradient cues you see throughout the product.

Support vs Help widget

The floating Help button pairs AI with a Team tab for human messages. The Support section in the dashboard is better for longer, account-tied threads.

Built for delivery, not slide decks

Boards, Template Studio, clients, files, live chats, and support — each area maps to the live sidebar. Start free with one active board, then scale when your volume does.
